Weak, diffuse, slightly pubescent annual. Leaves ovate, 7–30 mm long, thin, 3-veined from the base; petioles slender. Bracts linear to ovate-cordate. Perianth cylindrical at fruiting stage, deeply 4-lobed, c. 2 mm long. Widespread. Rocky places but not on Ss. Native Pellitory Parietaria debilis
