Branchlets terete. Phyllodes 1–3 mm wide, 4–10 cm long, with 1–3 distinct longitudinal veins or none. Flowers yellow, 10–25 per head; peduncles 3–10 mm long. Legume straight, 3–10cm long, c. 3 mm wide. Erect shrub or tree up to 8 m high. Coast. Sandy soils. DSF. Fl. winter–spring
