Acacia implexa Benth.

Phyllodes mostly acute or acuminate, thin, 7–15 cm long or longer, up to 20 mm wide. Branchlets ± terete. Legume biconvex, c. 8 cm long, 4–5 mm wide, curved or twisted. Funicle folded under the seed (Fig. 39). Ribs on the young branches not conspicuous. Peduncles less than 0.5 mm diam. Tall shrub or small tree, often suckering. Widespread. WSF; margins of RF; gullies. Fl. most of the year. Hickory
