Phyllodes more than 5 cm long, 15–40 mm wide, elliptic-falcate, green to yellowish-green. Flowers golden yellow, c. 20 per head. Legume straight or slightly curved, up to 15 cm long, 8–20 mm wide. Shrub or tree up to 15 m high. Blue Mts; Hunter River Valley. Open forests. Fl. spring
