Pinnules 4–8 pairs per pinna, light green. Pinnae 2–6 pairs. Flowers 14–20 per head, golden-yellow. Legume straight or nearly so, 5–11 cm long, 9–15 mm wide. Shrub or small tree up to 4 m high with ± glaucous bark. Rylestone and Glen Alice. DSF. Fl. July–Nov. Mudgee Wattle
