Flowers cream, 20–50 per head; peduncles slender, less than 0.3 mm diam. Phyllodes 8–14 mm long, c. 1 mm wide, with a glandular dilation at the base which may not be very prominent when dry. Legume curved, 3–5 cm long, c. 3 mm wide, usually constricted between the seeds. Erect shrub with often drooping branches, up to 2 m high. Widespread. Heath and DSF. Sandy soils. Fl. spring.
