Epiphytic, parasitic shrubs. Leaves flat or terete, opposite alternate or spirally arranged. Flowers in axillary or lateral umbels of 2–3-flowered cymes or umbels. Petals free or very shortly connate at the base. Filaments compressed, passing imperceptibly into the adnate anthers.
