Erect to spreading shrub to 1 m high. Leaves ascending, oblong elliptic 3–5 cm long, 1.8–2.5 mm wide, undersurface mostly exposed. Perianth pink occasionally white. Gynoecium 7–10 mm long. Gynophore 1–1.7 mm long. Lower Hunter area and possibly Putty. DSF and heathy woodland. Fl. winter–spring
