Leaves 5–15 cm long, 3–19 wide, linear-elliptic, finely toothed, tuberculate, discolorous. Flowers 3–10 in axillary clusters, pedicels 2–3 mm long. Corolla 4–6 mm diam., white to pale purple without spots. Stamens usually longer than the corolla lobes. Fruit compressed 2–3 mm long. Shrub to 4 m high, with a pleasant odour. South of area. Coastal ranges in DSF. Fl. spring–summer
