Leaves simple, ovate to orbicular-cordate, usually shortly and broadly 3–5-lobed, rusty tomentose below; margins serrate. Petals red or white. Sepals acuminate, 8–10 mm long, usually very silky hairy. Aggregate fruit red, ± globular, c. 12 mm diam. Tall, scrambling shrub or climber. Widespread. Margins of RF.; WSF. Molucca Bramble.
