Gland between the lowest pair of leaflets. Leaflets 4–6 pairs per leaf, obovate to elliptic, acute to obtuse, up to 10 cm long. Divaricate shrub up to 3 m high. Naturalized along the coast north of Sydney. Introd. from S. America. Fl. most of the year
