Corolla limb 1–1.5 mm diam. Calyx up to 3 mm long. Corolla tube scarcely twice as long as the calyx. Decumbent to ascending non stoloniferous herb up to 1 m high. Coast; Cumberland Plain; Hunter River Valley. Weed of cultivation and waste places. Not common. Introd. from S. America. Fl. most of the year
