Plants prostrate to decumbent with a stout rootstock. Leaves orbicular to obovate, often cordate, serrato-crenate with large teeth. Calyx c. 4 mm long, broad and spreading under the ripe fruit. Petals longer than the calyx. Mericarps 6–10, without awns wrinkled on back. Widespread but not common Sida corrugata
Erect or ascending shrubs up to 2 m high.
