Corolla mauve to red or brownish. Leaflets ovate to elliptic, 15–70 mm long, all ± similar, lower surface with minute hooked hairs or glabrous. Pedicels shorter than calyx. Erect or ascending herb. Widespread. Forests. Fl. spring–autumn
