Fruit 3–4 mm diam (sometimes up to 6 mm). Umbels 4–8-flowered. Tree up to 30 m high, usually with a short bole. Bark smooth, blotched. Juvenile leaves ovate to orbicular, 5–7 mm wide. Adult leaves 9–18 x 1–4 cm. Peduncles terete or very slightly compressed, 10–15 mm long. Operculum conical, 2–3 times as long as the floral tube. Western parts of the region. Fl. spring–summer.
