Eucalyptus consideniana
Valves usually 4, enclosed or the tips slightly exserted. Rough bark shortly fibrous (peppermint). Tree up to c. 12 m high, with a short bole. Leaves 10–18 x 2–3 cm; lateral veins irregular; angle 15–35°; intramarginal vein up to 3 mm from the margin. Umbels 7–11-flowered; peduncles terete or slightly compressed, 7–12 mm long. Operculum hemispherical, shorter than the floral tube. Fruit pyriform, 6–8 x 6–8 mm; disc prominent, flat or depressed. Woronora Plateau; Blue Mts DSF. Ss. Uncommon. Fl. early spring. Yertchuk
