Shrubs or small trees. Bark smooth, brown mottled. Leaves lanceolate to elliptic, up to 8 cm long and 3.5 cm wide flat, glabrous. Petiole 2–4 mm long. Inflorescence 1–4 flowered. Sepals 5. Petals white and minutely ciliate. Fruit a berry, black. Illawarra ranges. RF. Fl. spring–summer. Scrub Ironwood
