Fruit less than 8 mm diam. when mature, slightly rugose to smooth, with a small protuberance near the top of each valve. Leaves up to 8 cm long. Perianth 4–5 mm long, whitish. Shrub 0.5–1 m high. Higher Blue Mts Swamps. Fl. spring–summer
