Melaleuca linariifolia Sm.

Leaves concave, often keeled, 13–45 mm long, 1–3 mm wide. Staminal claw 8–15 mm long; filaments arranged along the side of the claw. Capsule c. 3 mm diam. Tree up to 10 m high, with papery bark. Coast and adjacent plateaus; lower Blue Mts Wet places on shales. Fl. spring–summer
