Corolla bluish or violet with a yellowish tube; the lobes broad. Leaves sessile, elliptic to ovate, 2–6 mm long. Glabrous, slightly succulent, much branched, prostrate herb. Coast. Wet ground, e.g. margins of coastal lagoons. Fl. spring–summer
