Leaves not scabrous on the upper surface, 20–40 mm long, 7–20 mm wide; silvery tomentose underneath. Heads 3–5 together on lateral branches. Ray florets 4–7, white. Shrub up to 2 m high. Widespread. DSF. Fl. spring–summer
