Labellum reflexed back on itself, margins undulate; callus bright green, extending beyond the bend. Perianth white with yellow-green or pink, 13–17 mm long. Dorsal sepal 9–11 mm long. Plant 24–70 cm high. Widespread. Fl. Aug–Jan
