Senecio longicollaris
Leaves narrow-elliptic more than 15 mm wide. Lower surface with coarse multicellular hairs. Heads numerous in terminal corymbs. Involucre 2–3 mm diam, bracts 12–14, cobwebby or occasionally glabrous. Florets 30–50. Fruiting heads 3–3.5 mm diam., involucre bracts reflexed. Cypselas 4–6 mm long, with long neck. Pappus 6–7 mm long. Erect herb to 1.5 m high. Uncommon. Moist areas. Northern Blue Mts Fl. summer–autumn
