Mature berry purplish to black, dull. Leaves concolorous and ± hairy. Hairs on stems and leaves simple and glandular. Corolla with ovate to linear lobes. Infructescence raceme-like, with a few short internodes near the base. Calyx spreading-recurved to appressed around the fruit. Style as long as or exceeding the anthers by 1 mm.
