Sporobolus creber
Inflorescence with stiff appressed branches, interrupted in the upper two-thirds, up to 40 cm long. Spikelets 1.3–1.8 mm long. Fruit c. two-thirds as long as the spikelet. Leaf blades up to 45 cm long and to 3 mm wide. Erect tufted perennial 40–140 cm long. Hornsby Plateau; Cumberland Plain. Grasslands and open forests on sandy or loamy soils. Slender Rat’s Tail Grass
