Leaves mostly more than 6 mm wide, ovate to ovate-lanceolate or broad-oblong, shortly tapering to a fine point; petiole up to 0.5 mm long; margins minutely dentate. Flowers erect to horizontal. Corolla yellowish-green or red; tube 15–26 mm long. Erect shrub up to 2 m high. Coast and adjacent plateaus. DSF and heath. Sandy soils. Fl. autumn–winter
