Leaves obtuse or sometimes minutely mucronate, up to 10 mm long. Hairs on stem antrorse. Pedicels slender, glabrous. Sepals usually glandular-hirsute but rarely glabrous. Petals 5–13 mm long. Ovary glabrous or with a few simple hairs; ovules 2 per loculus. Erect undershrub. Coast and adjacent plateaus; lower Blue Mts Heath and DSF. Ss. Fl. spring–summer
