Middle lobe of the labellum with short blunt teeth and a yellowish tip. Perianth segments up to 20 mm long, white with pale pink tips. Column with a red spot. Flowers 1–2. Plant up to 15 cm high. Coast. Open forest mostly on clay soils. Fl. winter
