Darwinia biflora
Stalk of flower cluster up to c. 1 mm long. Bracteoles persistent after flower opens, purplish red, 4–8 mm long. Floral tube 5–8 mm long. Leaves decussate, 6–10 mm long, 0.5–1 mm wide. Erect shrub up to 80 cm high. Hornsby Plateau, Hawkesbury river to Port Jackson. Vulnerable. Fl. winter–spring
