Shrub with simple or stellate hairs. Leaves alternate, simple, margins entire or rarely toothed. Flowers in axillary or terminal corymbs or flowers solitary. Petals 5, valvate, free or united. Carpels 5, styles fused. Fruit dehiscent. (some of the following species were previously included in Phebalium)
